		<description>finally i&#039;ve made it..somehow....but actually not finally because: ok everything&#039;s running except one thing. when i try to run .pl or .fcgi script it gives me this error: 403 - Forbidden ..and yep when i call phpinfo(); - Server API 	CGI/FastCGI</description>
